Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 

Once your order is submitted, we begin to process it immediately, this way we are able to offer effective service to every costumer. During this time we cannot add or remove items, modify or cancel your order.

My package is missing what do I do? 

As every online store, once we ship your items we will send you a tracking number. After, you are obligated to contact the shipping company and inform them with your tracking number and any problem you are experiencing. They should be able to assist you with any issue in regard to your purchase. If youre still not able to locate your package, contact us to luxejewelrycollect@gmail.com and well do our best to help you.

What shipping carrier will deliver my package? 

Luxe Jewelry uses USPS for all of our shipping.
